Terms of Service

1. The service

ASOTrack tracks keyword ranks, competitor listings, and (optionally) App Store Connect analytics for iOS apps you own or are authorized to monitor. Rank and metadata data comes from Apple's public App Store APIs; analytics data comes from the App Store Connect API when you connect your own credentials.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any App Store Connect API key you add secure. You must have the right to monitor any app or competitor you add — this tool is meant for legitimate ASO research, not for scraping at a scale or in a manner that violates Apple's Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings; changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Paid subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the charge. Refunds may also be issued for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to attack, overload, or circumvent rate limits on Apple's or any third party's systems; to monitor apps you have no legitimate interest in at abusive volume; or to resell raw data pulled through the product without our written permission.

5. Data accuracy

Keyword popularity and difficulty scores are estimates unless you've connected Apple Search Ads credentials. Rankings reflect what our automated searches observed at the time of the check and can differ from what you personally see, due to personalization, A/B tests, or timing. We make no guarantee of ranking outcomes.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASOTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any impact on your app's App Store performance.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Apple's own terms of service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
